10% about 20 years from retirement. I only pick up reits that are undervalued for temporary reasons and still have strong growth potential. Like for instance CTRE I picked it up a few years ago for dirt cheap now its up 170% with over 9% yield on cost and they increased dividend by 15% this year now that's a REIT. I've been investing in AMT it's under valued again in my opinion and as demand for data towers increase and rates go down its going to be in a strong position. The other Reit i have is EXR I picked it up over 6% yield on cost with average 5 year growth of 15%. Storage facilities have super low overhead.
