The first 2 picks look great, very solid. I do like VanEck but I'm partial to Fidelity sector ETFs to replace #3 because they all have a low er of 0.084 and you could pick say FCOM (google and meta are about half), FTEC (software, AI), FHLC (health care) & FENY (oil and gas).
The first two are probably inflated in value but when tech has those days, you aren't missing out. Also the last two are probably undervalued, UNH close to 5% of FHLC and XOM 22.6% of FENY.
I guess you are investing from outside the US and focused on US investments that you can get access to. So maybe Fidelity isn't an option. I do love the country specific iShares ETFs like EWA (Australia), EWL (Switzerland) EWS (Singapore), EWW (Mexico), EWZ (Brazil) and INDY (India) and would want exposure to markets outside the US as well.
