The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the OFI Revenue Weighted Global ESG Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the securities of companies included in the underlying index. The underlying index is constructed using a rules-based methodology to select companies from within the MSCI All Country World Index that have strong ESG practices and then re-weight those companies according to the revenue earned, subject to a maximum 5% per company weighting.
