There has been multiple escalations internally and ESBA has been involved with the case for almost 2 weeks with no meaningful communication or progression.
I have filed a complaint with FINRA in hopes of gaining some closure to this. I understand that things happen and I dont believe its entirely on fidelity for the hold up. However both ESBA and FIRNA both agree that this is has already taken way too long. I hope that fidelity is able to get the ball rolling soon.
