I would do EQL instead of VTI. I don't like how the S&P 500 is so tech heavy these days. I'd rather have all the sectors equal. I would also not put it in all at once right now as market volatility in the next few years will likely to be high. I would just put it in an HYSA and every week put it into those funds at a fixed rate. And on big down days if you care to track I would move the weekly allocation to that date.
