Total Investments total about 16K monthly Dividend Income just crossed the 100 bucks a month. (I invest in monthly and quarterly stocks just /3 the quarterly and focus on the monthly numbers)
My goal was to reach 100 monthly Dividend Income, and was at 25 a month in Jan. So managed to reach it rather easily. By end of 2026 my goal is to cross $200. 300 by 27. and 400 by 28 If not I might be able to make it to 500 by then.

Most of my investments are in JEPI, JEPQ, O, MAIN. Also lower amounts in SPHD, SPYD, SCHD, EMBD, BNDW and a few other stuff I been playing around but keeping it below 2%.
Just learned about SPYI and QQQI and will be thinking about adding them into my holdings. Any advice on what makeup it should look at?
Im 40 now and I am wanting JUST build a solid dependable income im doing it all out of pocket. no 401K or ROTH IRA I just don't expect to make it to old age, plus I want the flexibility to be able to draw on it now if I need it.
I also bought AHH but thinking about dumpinig it but we will see. I like real estate REITs because it feels like im a shareowner of a property where I get to just sit back and collet my portion of the monthly rent. I love that part!
I just don't want to get sucked into Dividend traps where they lose value and eventually cut dividend income after time. Ideally it be nice to build to 2200 dividend income and live off 1,000 while working part time and still reinvesting that 1200 to keep building to keep up with inflation. I got burned by stocks like PSEC and ARR
Which is beyond dumb I realize.. cause your investing in a stock that is just moving the investment value into dividend income which then is taxed again.. haha.
I just want solid dependable stocks that I can retire on or partly retire and ease up as I age over the next 20 years before I get to old and tired to work.. I don't have a lot of "great options" left. God.. I wish I was getting started here when I was 22. But such is life.. Any advice for somebody who got what mabye 20-30 years left in the tank..

Thanks in advance!
