I started with the heavy cash payout ones (QQQi, SPYi, IWMI, CHPY, EGGY, MLPI), but I'm shifting to a barbell with OVL, GPIX, ROCQ to balance the growth and income. BDCs like CSWC have also done great lately on both counts. I just hold IYRI for REITs.
