Hola a todos. Abro este hilo para ver cuántos inversores europeos estamos afectados por la gestión de DEGIRO con el contrasplit de Origin Materials (ORGN).
El split se ejecutó el **19.00** de marzo. El valor siguió cotizando con normalidad en EE. UU. al día siguiente, pero DEGIRO nos ha mantenido las acciones congeladas como "Non tradeable" durante más de **65.00** días. Teóricamente, el bróker no excluyó el valor hasta el anuncio de la liquidación oficial el **1.00** de mayo, por lo que tendríamos que haber podido vender antes de esa fecha. Una cosa es el retraso en el canje numérico, pero la realidad es que directamente no nos han entregado las acciones negociables durante semanas, privándonos de liquidez mientras la empresa se hundía. ¿Hay alguien más en esta situación que esté preparando reclamaciones oficiales ante la CNMV o BaFin?

Hi everyone. I'm opening this thread to see how many European investors are currently trapped due to DEGIRO's handling of the Origin Materials (ORGN) reverse split.
The split took place on March **19.00**. The stock resumed regular trading in the US right after, but DEGIRO kept our shares frozen as "Non tradeable" for over **65.00** days. Technically, the broker did not delist the stock until the official liquidation announcement on May **1.00**, meaning we should have been able to sell well before that date. It is one thing to face a delay in processing a corporate action, but they straight up failed to deliver our tradeable shares for weeks, stripping us of liquidity while the company collapsed. Is anyone else experiencing this or filing official complaints with BaFin or local regulators?
