Yes, it's incorrect. Ebay directors are compensated in both cash (averaging $150k), but majority RSU and DSU stock awards (averaging $200k). This compensation is in line with a $50B company.
For example, former board member Bob Swan received $373,266 in total compensation in 2022, which included $123,226 in cash fees and $250,000 in stock awards.
Apes have convinced themselves based on absolutely nothing that eBay board members are fat cats collecting million dollar fees in cash with zero fiduciary duty to operate the company in the best interest of the shareholders.
Which is patently absurd.
