The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the Guggenheim Defensive Equity Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to provide exposure to equity securities of large capitalization U.S. issuers that Invesco Indexing, LLC ("Invesco indexing" or the "index provider") has selected for inclusion in the underlying index based on a rules-based screening criteria. The fund is non-diversified.
