Hello everyone!
Kakatapos lang po namin bayaran yung lot from a developer at as per contract namin shoulder namin lahat including tax.
Working po kasi ako kaya hirap na hirap magleave to process everything at nabasa ko na 30 days lang palugit after notarization ng DOAS para mabayaran yung tax to avoid penalty.
Ang worry ko kasi baka pag punta namin sa BIR hindi agad mabigay yung computation sheet within the day dahil sa mali or kulang na docs. Balak ko po sana isang araw lang iprocess yung sa pagbayad ng tax sa BIR dahil baka di na ako makapagleave kung pababalikin pa ako dahil sa lang sa document.
May nagawa naman na po akong checklist ko na hihingiin ko sa developer pero baka lang po may nakapagprocess na sa inyo. Sa research ko under CWT instead od CGT kami kasi business yung seller.

PS: Yung naipon ko for now ay halos cover lang lahat ng fees na babayaran namin kaya hindi option ang kumuha ng maglalakad ng papers.
