CTVA... it wasn't a sell off for the stock...they seperated into two different business taking away alot of value from CTVA...they other part of their business is under a different symbol. "The sharp decline largely reflects the transfer of Vylor’s value out of Corteva rather than an equivalent destruction of shareholder value."
