For a disclaimer, I am not a professional advisor.
I think you have a great outlook and plan for your portfolio.
To diversify a bit, I would recommend adjusting the 70 percent in VOO to around 55 percent and investing the 15 percent in other etfs or stocks.
With the %15 I would purchase
1% FBND ( Fidelity Total Bond)
8% BND ( Vanguard Total Bond)
1% PFFD (global X US preferreds etf)
1% PGX (Invesco Preferred etf)
1% SCI ( Service Corp)
1% CTDD ( Qwest Corp note)
0.5% CPA ( Copa Airlines)
0.5% AIZN ( Assurant Preferred shares)
0.5% T.PR.A ( AT&T Preferred shares)
0.5% CSV (Carriage Services)

Also, if you would like to place a percentage of the 30k you are planning on depositing in stocks as a one-time purchase, I would recommend a variety of stocks if you would like me to share them.
