Action details:
On MON, cleanly failed against the highs of 01JUN26 and 26JUN26. Also, attempted, but failed to close over the 9 d ema. On TUES, made a false break below 23JUN26. On WED, cleanly failed to take out the low of 26JUN26. On WED and THURS, went down and tested but closed above the 200 d sma. On THURS, went down on higher volume, but had an inside day.
Also, THURS had the highest off-exchange volume since early MAY26. Thus, much of the short covering was done off-exchange. Off-exchange volume was back up all week after being down on FRI. That helps explain the lack luster performance all week.
The downslide seems to have been stopped by the band of support from the 1st ten days of JUN26.
In DEC25, amendment of the Cert. of Incorporation to double the number of shares of class A common stock from 550M to 1.1B was approved. There currently 893M shares outstanding. So, only \~200M more shares can be issued (another amendment would be needed to issue more.) Thus, there could be a couple more big hits to the stock price coming.
A one for ten reverse stock split would not be a surprise.
Down on a down day for stocks and a down day for it's competitors (CNK & IMAX.)
