Not necessarily a penny stock but $WU is in a value zone IMO. I bought down to $6 earlier, will only add on weakness.
I also re-opened $SBS & $CIG in my newly-revitalized IRA (where these experimental stocks belong) after waiting out the wash sale timer on all 3.
