Good breakdown on the supply side. The thing I'd flag from the buyer side, since project financing for grid-scale storage in Europe is what I actually do for a living - the growth ceiling on European storage attach isn't cell price or defect rate, it's underwriting velocity.

A developer sitting on land and a grid connection agreement in most CEE/EU markets right now is bottlenecked by how fast lenders get comfortable with the revenue stack (day-ahead arbitrage plus ancillary services plus balancing market), not by how fast CATL can ship cells. Grid connection queues alone can run multiple years in a lot of these markets before a project is even ready to draw down debt. So the 45% YoY EU storage growth number is encouraging, but it's still gated by financing throughput on hundreds of individual small-to-mid scale projects, which moves a lot slower than a battery factory's output curve.

On the margin question - I'd guess grid storage margins run higher than EV partly because integrators are pricing in BOS/EMS complexity and partly because storage project economics can absorb a higher cell cost than a price-sensitive EV consumer can. Worth digging into whether that margin holds as more of CATL's storage revenue shifts toward pure cell supply vs integrated systems.
