1. This creates a divide between rich and poor.
2. This also excludes those who are rich but aren't working.
3. The poor are still paying GST, why should they be denied access to a specific education. This itself is unconstitutional.
4. Why only CBSE? People might want ICSE or State curriculum

such a dumb idea, there are no good points in this,
1. Having separate schools for “Tax Payers” is basically segregation and will cause riots in long term.
2. falsifying ITR is very easy, you just show a cash income of ₹12,00,010 and suddenly you are paying ₹1 in income tax, this is will encourage false ITR on a massive scale, also the cost of educating a single child in a quality environments goes in tens of thousands if not in lakhs, why should someone paying ₹1 enjoy that as a leech.
3. Even people who don’t file ITR because they dont come in that bracket, pay taxes through indirect taxes, why should they fund subsidies for the tax payers.
4. Why should all schools be run on CBSE curriculum there is nothing special about that, if you are saying it is superior to SSC then there is also ICSE, why not that.
5. Obviously majority of the Income tax will come from 13 districts which are the biggest cities in India, most tax payers prefer to live in cities.
