Hi I have 100000$ saved up, I have very little expenses being in the army I can get food and living with my mom I can pay as little as 400$ on rent, I make roughly 2000$ Cadbi weekly. I don't spend it on anything really, as of right now my money is just sitting losing value to inflation every year. I want to do something with it the easiest thing would probably be to go to my bank BMO and just have them help me out but I'm wondering if the fees they would charge would be worth investing with them or not, or if I should do it on apps like wealth simple. I know I should invest in a tfsa and an fsha and go high risk while I'm young and max out my contributions while I can, and I'm thinking about an retirement account as well I think those are also tax free. And then I'd put the rest in a high interest savings account if I could to earn more as of right now it's all sitting in a savings account earning .05 percent Interest so that's not ideal, I don't k ow much about stocks or ETFs or how it works but I just k ow I don't want to be cooked when I'm older and just have a pension to go off of so any advise insight or direction would be helpful as deciding what to do with money when I've never really used it is scary. I live in Canada east coast and am in the CAF so there may be options investing with the CAF if anyone is inthe CAF and knows about that, your experience with it would be appreciated thanks I look forward to reviewing any recommendations over the next couple of days.
