I wouldn't put 20% into SPMO, especially not in a taxable brokerage account where it will be hard to get out if you find you don't like the fund as much as you thought, or if it starts underperforming. And it is not what I would call stable.
I would in fact put all your extra 20% into VOO, or put 10% in VOO and 10% in a mid cap fund, since it looks like no/very little mid cap representation in your brokerage. You could go with a mid cap value fund like JVAL, VFMF, JPUS, DFUV, BLCV (ignore the name, it is actually a mid cap value fund), or VFLO. Or just with a straight mid cap blend or growth fund like FMDE, VOT, QQQJ, or VO.
