Maybe this sub has too many Real Estate brokers
I myself own 2 3BHK bought 15 and 10 yrs ago. I am trying to sell them both to buy a larger 4 BHK and I am not able to afford. I need to add 30% more to get a new 4BHK after selling 2 3BHK.
Those saying that real estate doesn't go down don't understand the concept of inflation 🤪
