During 2010, Mumbai had a vast network of BEST buses. Right now, they have given in to the lobby of auto, taxi and private car manufacturers and significantly reduced the buses fleet size.

This is what I am doing. Interest rate on my mortgage is 6.375%. I have been asking myself the same question that OP asked and I am in a similar financial position. I have decided for now that I will split my excess cash between additional principal payments and investing.
My logic is that I want a paid off house (cuz that sounds nice) but I also want to have money available in the coming years so I can enjoy my life and have fun. I’m all for saving and being financially responsible but I think life is for living. Nothing wrong with saving up and investing for a few years and then going on a great vacation with your spouse if that’s what you want to do with your money (this is what I want to do with my money). I’m sure there is a mathematically ideal way to extract every last possible drop of juice from every single penny but at a certain point, I think one should ask themselves “is this really the BEST use of my money or is there something else I want to do with it?”. Once you are in a solid place financially, I personally think it’s okay to think that the best use of some of your hard earned money is on yourself and your interests, whatever they may be.

Is it the partner reveal, confirmation of launch, FDA/regulatory completion if any remains, the first material purchase order, recurring reorder data, or proof of adoption in hospital systems?
If investors wait until recurring revenue is obvious, do you think the risk/reward will still be as attractive - or could much of the **repricing** occur between now, launch confirmation and the first visible sales ramp?
