That’s 75% in US large caps, which is pretty concentrated. They’re probably overlapping a bit. I suppose 25% in AVUV makes up for it, which is a modest overweight. Do you not believe in international?
What about like IXN for “global tech?” Or small cap value in other countries, through AVDV? Or another Avantis international fund? You could do just AVNV (which includes AVDV at \~25% of the fund) and cover a large part of the world, but it fits in with your factor tilting and quality filters through Avantis’ methods. Diverse SCV.
International is \~37% of the market, so excluding it is a pretty substantial bet against it.
