For international, I use AVDV, AVIV and a very small percentage in AVES (emerging markets). For US, I use AVLV (US, large caps), AVUV (US, small caps) and a a very small percentage AVMV (US, mid caps). The screens/filters Advantis is applying doesn't work as well for mid caps. I also use Vanguard funds to capture market momentum and growth stocks but have generally been moving away from them lately.
By the way u/Tentman66, to me AVUV's returns of 3-4% per month (36-48% per year), YTD, seems like a pretty big spike.
