XMHQ is the pure Quality play. AVMC is essentially the MidCap index with a value tilt that may have some overlap with Quality. You could also look at something like IVOO which is the S&P MidCap 400 index which automatically screens for quality (indirectly via inclusion rules) and has a very low expense ratio.
