Yesterday was a good day for me. Both stocks and crypto were moving well.

I’ve taken a few losses recently, so I decided to set some rules for myself. Joining KCGI actually helped me stick to them even more.

Here’s a look at how I traded a few of my convictions:
$AMD Bought at the open after the Meta Muse AI agent buzz pushed attention toward server CPUs. Kept the position small, about 1/3 of my normal size. Held through the +9–10% move, closed most near the close and kept a small runner overnight. The volume looked good, so I didn’t chase the first green candle.

$INTC Added after the SK Hynix/Ohio fab chatter and AUO packaging reports. Waited for the first pullback to hold before entering. It moved about +12% on the day. Took half off at +8% and closed the rest near the close. Kept the risk tight since the story is still unconfirmed.

$NVDA Small position based on the broader chip strength, Jensen’s comments and the data-center power theme. It moved around +2–3%. I mainly used it as a smaller position rather than a high-conviction trade.

Still learning, adjusting my rules and trying not to force trades. One more stretch to go.
