Bei den großen OEMs kloppen sich 300 Leute um jede Stelle, währenddessen kannst du im Energiebereich entspannt reintuschen und verdienst in Unternehmen mit TG Energie sogar noch mehr als nach IGM.
Hat mal jemand die AOK-Tabelle aufgemacht? Liegt auch über IGM, jeder NPC bei der AOK wird von den GKV-Beiträgen fürstlich entlohnt. Bei der TK auch, aber dann sogar noch mit 35,5 statt 38,5 Stunden.
Die Stellen sind 0 umkämpft, weil es niemand weiß.

I put 85 year old in AOK , HDV, JEPI and IAU combo. About 75% is in AOK the rest in the other 3.

A TOA just moves assets over to the new custodian; assets are only sold when the target custodian cannot manage them. A good example are Fidelity ZERO funds: those are sold and cash is transferred.
Once the TOA is complete, it's your responsibility to sell the asset and buy what you want.

TOA's can take some time to fully complete. Actual assets will transfer quickly, then cash comes later (not too much later, but still delayed), and finally any interest accrued to the account at month-end is transferred. Be patient and don't be surprised if more money appears.

The answer is that terms like aggressive/balanced/conservative are industry buzzwords with commonly accepted definitions. An example what I'm talking about is the iShares Allocation funds AOA, AOR, AOM, AOK.
By these definitions, a portfolio of 100% stocks and 0% bonds is considered "most aggressive" no matter how you slice it.
