I have several questions and/or observations:
1. For the past 10 years, they have an inconsistent operating history in terms of ROIC. What is different now?
2. I don't really understand their customer value proposition. I went to the website and see they have (a) call buttons (yawn), and (b) they offer mobile communications, and clinical workflow (potentially interesting). On (b), what is so compelling about their service/product? Generally on websites I look for a customer success story or use case that describes the problem, the solution, the impact (in terms of the customer's business and/or financial impact).
3. Do they have product/market fit? This looks like new technology, but so many new technologies are either utterly useless or misses the mark in key ways.
4. If AHC is doing work with clinical workflow, how does it integrate into the existing IT ecosystem, e.g. EPIC?
4. What is AHC's competitive advantage? Is it sustainable? Why can't other companies immediately copy this?
From the cursory research I did (most from AHC website), the story is incomplete. I don't see the elements that get them to a repeatable, scalable business that they can dominate and defend.
