this market is bad for naked options. The large range days will destroy premium. I stopped buying naked options a while ago. Once the market changed and the range became excessive, the premium became the same. Now you need crazy moves to breakeven and intraday moves were so erratic it almost guarantees to drain your account. If you dont have a large account balance its tough to make money. Its tough to hold through the swings. My son just started trading at 18 years old with 5,000. He is doing pretty well. Have him selling covered calls on TSLL and trading some shares at reasonable prices.
