The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Alpha Architect Quantitative Momentum Index. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index. The fund may also invest up to 20% of its assets in cash and cash equivalents, other investment companies, as well as securities and other instruments not included in the index but which the Adviser believes will help the fund track the index. The index uses a 5-step, quantitative, rules-based methodology to identify a portfolio of approximately 40-50 U.S. equity securities with positive momentum. It is non-diversified.
