There are two ways to approach this.
A) For educational content. If this is your aim try to pick and follow many stocks... you won't win, but you'll learn a lot by researching different companies.
B) To win. Unfortunately this encourage lottery picks. The most volatile stocks are biotechs with scheduled stage 3 results. AI can help you id key biotechs with likely favorable stage 3 results scheduled before Feb. But I don't like this strategy though.
I like the idea of aiming for turnaround stocks. Here's some suggestions:
* PAHC - They produce supplements for cattle. Their stock was clobbered out of fear Brazil would curb one of their drugs. They clarified in earnings this wasn't a big deal, that they are developing a prescription app to work around this and even without any prescriptions their 2027 guidance was very good. Market missed this...but by Feb 2027 it should be apparent his company is in a stronger position than what was realized. I'm not sure I would advise investing in PAHC in real life as some of what they do is indeed sketchy and karma can catch up to them long term...for a short time frame this is a good pick.
* FN - AI stock that produces optical connections. Market hates that they're investing in growth capex, but demand is insane. Their stock has unfairly collapsed and this should rebound hard by Feb.
* EMN - Specialty plastic recycler. The oil mess is killing their EU competition. They might soar here.
* SANM - AMD is about to challenge NVIDA with their Helios racks which are cheaper and don't depend on closed software. AMD is getting hype...but people forget who assembles the AMD racks...it's SANM.
* LIMAF - Canadian auto-parts supplier. Really well run company that is cheap. They trade at a discount due to Trump stupidity, but you have to think that blows over by Feb.
* LWAY - Revenue is growing fast for their keifer products. The company is not well managed by a ceo who is not keeping costs under check...but as new slotting fees go away, earnings should eventually surge.
* MATV - Specialty paper company. New CEO is doing a good job of turning the company around.
