Basic mats 31.53%
Broad 23.24%
Energy 16.53%
Industrial 4.63%
Real estate 18.07%
Utilities 5.43%
I’m in
31.56% commodities
26.57% equities
23.23% fixed income
18.08% real estate
I like the positions I currently hold. I would have split my allocation in $LAND with half of it going to $FPI instead looking back, but I’m fine with it.
I like oil and gas. I like land. I’m looking at $WY right now for timber.
Boring companies like $ACCO are fun too. Been looking at $EBF along those lines.
I guess what I’m asking is how should I bet go about continuing to grow my portfolio while trying to keep any one sector from exceeding a set percentage of the overall portfolio. I’d like to remain in “hard assets” vs tech, AI, whatever. My 401k exposes me to all that bullshit.
