Who on here knew about KOD - Kodiak Sciences and rode that pump today?? 172%!!!

I've been monitoring a position in KOD today (I've added shares a couple of times throughout the day). I had an OCO order in place that I have adjusted the stop loss throughout the day. About 20 minutes before market close, I wanted to adjust my stop again as I was getting concerned with what I was seeing (using the usual method of editing my existing order), but I kept getting an error message (Trade Error 000912) stating there was no order found in the account selected. I even verified that my position was there in my account.

After a couple attempts at editing my order, I got a new message: Trade Error 008207 which says there's a technical issue processing my replace request. At this point I tried using the chat option to get in touch with a rep. This has been a great tool in the past, but I haven't used it in a while (maybe a couple of years?). Anyway, the chat kept running me in circles! When I typed in my concern, I'd get the following response each time:

"Okay, you want online support. To get started, choose the topic that best matches your issue or concern."

There isn't anything to choose! Eventually, my stop order kicked in right before the market closed, so at least I am out of my position, but my gains were less than they should have been (half as much).

Since the chat option didn't work out, I am sharing my experience here so that Fidelity is aware of the issue.
