There needs to unexpected GOOD news as in incredibly high earnings that wall street doesn't expect for their to be a squeeze. Especially for a stock that is essentially trading for pennies compared to the rest of the market. Companies will never use their own saleries to pay off debt, it's a company...not your friend. And the HYMC play was a total joke. They sold a majority of their position at a loss. Not even sure how that happens when the stock was up when they sold from their original position.
The only way a squeeze is happening is if a movie suddenly brings in multiple billions of dollars for one quarter like that typo on that one site for the minions movie that says they grossed 16 billion in sales. And keep in mind when you read total sales a movie makes...that number isn't SOLELY for AMC...it's world wide.
AMC might make you a profit down the road...but we're talking years from now when they actually start breaking even on their earnings.

because the 2nd season takes several years. then the second season is often trash in of itself. its very rare for netflix to actually make something GOOD and can last a long time. they literally need to write stories and produce stuff better and quicker.
