Breeze Holdings Acquisition Corp securities ***still*** not listed on the OTC market. They were delisted by NASDAQ one week ago.
"[Following suspension of trading on Nasdaq](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1817640/000121390024047198/ea0206997-8k425_breeze.htm#:~:text=Following%20suspension%20of%20trading%20on%20Nasdaq), the Company’s Common Stock, rights and warrants ***will be eligible*** to trade on the OTC Markets under the tickers “BREZ,” “BREZR,” and “BREZW,” respectively."
Appparently "will be eligible" is not equal to "will be" ...
At this point it shouldn't be a surprise that Breeze would drag their feet on handling paperwork.
Future Health ESG Corp ( FHLT FHLTW ) likewise has failed to list on OTC after suspension by NASDAQ. FHLT has until December 31 to complete a business combination, but has no announced deal or LOI.
PHP Ventures Acquisition Corp ( PPHP PPHPR PPHPW ) also not listed on OTC after suspension by NASDAQ in April. PPHP has a deal with Modulex, but the only registration statement was filed 8 months ago and never updated. PPHP has been paying $35k per month for extensions, August 16 termination date.
Goal Acquisitions Corp ( [PUCK](https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PUCK/overview) PUCKW ) was suspended by NASDAQ on May 23, and is now trading on OTC. PUCK has a deal with Digital Virgo. but the registration statement for Digital Virgo has [been declared abandoned](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1960074/999999999724002213/filename1.pdf) by the SEC, so PUCK may liquidate around August 8.
