As you can see in the images above, **Fundamental Global Inc.** (Nasdaq: $FGF, $FGFPP) has filed an **S-3 with the SEC** and is officially jumping into Ethereum. This means that a publicly traded company is now pivoting toward becoming a ETH treasury, using Ethereum as its primary reserve assets.
As we have been saying a lot in the last few days after watching other institutions follow the same strategy, ETH treasury FOMO is just starting and a lot more institutions are going to jump in soon before it is too late and while ETH is cheap.
They know that Ethereum is going to be everywhere and will be used by everyone in the coming future and all of them want front seat tickets for this rocket.
