For energy growth exposure, XLE is a great starting point. There is also DVXE which uses XLE as its reference asset but dynamically adjusts its exposure based on volatility, so it can amplify gains when energy is trending up.
If you are looking for some income alongside the energy exposure, MDST and WEEI from Westwood are worth a look.
Given your portfolio already skews growth heavy with QQQM and BTC, DVXE fits that profile better than a pure income play.
