DTCR is the etf you’re looking for unless you’re investing in the London exchange.
Global X changed the U.S. ticker from VPN to DTCR on April 1, 2024.
DTCR is the stronger direct data-center thesis, but I don’t like it conceptually as much as GRID and PAVE. GRID owns the electrical equipment and grid-modernization layer; PAVE owns broader construction and industrial beneficiaries; DTCR owns the data centers and towers themselves. DTCR is also more expensive than PAVE, more concentrated and more interest-rate-sensitive than its “infrastructure” label might imply.
