Hey all! Just wanted to make a quick "goodbye" post to the community. I'll be lurking around here every once in awhile to keep tabs on what's going on with the community but the lemon just ain't worth the squeeze anymore and I don't want to invest my time in research that keeps leading to insignificant gain. Anyway, post is pretty cheesy for sure but it's been a fun time trading with the crew and I didn't want to slip into the shadows without at least giving some shout outs to a few of ya. But first, I think it would be fun for us all to share how we did this year, a "community SPAC recap" if you will. It's been a tough year for SPACs and a lot of plays have gone in and out of favor rather quickly. I'd like to list the top three best and worst plays in each category (commons, warrants, rights) and then a general portfolio gain/loss percentage YTD. Would be interesting to see if there are any commonalities between our strategies!

**WARRANTS**
*Best gains:*
$LCAA - 2,108% (Insane luck here, was simply buying beat down SPAC warrants and hit the jackpot)
$WNNR - 155% (Saw quarterly expenses rise up and opened a position to bet on a stellar team)
$RRAC - 118% (Was waiting on a metals/energy DA and for whatever reason algos sent this to space so I cashed out early)

*Worst losses:*
$BNNR - 96% (Got caught up in a classic liquidation)
$GEEX - 85% (Another liquidation but this one was RIGHT AFTER an extension vote, smh)
$QOMO - 64% (Got into a lame no-name team way too early and rode it down until last week)

**RIGHTS**
*Best gains:*
$JWAC - 101% (My first rights play before they got really popular)
$HMAC - 85% (Waited patiently for that merger vote date)
$ACAX - 62% (Again, waited patiently for that merger vote date)

*Worst losses:*
$YOTA - 46% (Deal fell through)
$CLOE - 20% (Wasn't confident that they would extend so I sold under CB)
$MBTC - 19% (Just plain old didn't want to hold it anymore so I undercut the bid a bit)

**COMMONS**
*Best gains:*
$LION - 30% (Played NAV floor dip)
$JMAC - 29% (Got caught up in a low float and actually sold too early)
$RNER - 19% (Another NAV floor dipper)

*Worst losses:*
$GSRM - 49% (Got stuck in an absolutely relentless rights shorting play)
$DKDCA - 16% (Just had bad luck here with revenge trading a low float)
$JGGC - 13% (Forgot these had rights and tried to play NAV floor dip)

**Total portfolio gain/loss YTD: + 293.33%**

Now I would like to give some shout outs to a few regulars I enjoyed bantering with! If I missed anyone I'm sorry!
u/SPAC_Time \- First shout out goes to THE one and only source for almost irrefutable research and knowledge. Thanks for taking the time to update us on as many SPACs as you do and providing us all with learning opportunities when we are confused with SEC filing wording. You are appreciated!
u/Sweet_Sharist \- We don't always agree on things but your conviction in your biotech and crypto plays is admirable. Wish you the best!
u/anonymouser3 \- Thanks for all the banter throughout the early part of the year "anony-mouser" ;)
u/hitzelsperger \- Your ability to pick the worst plays or the best plays, but at the worst time, is uncanny, and provided us with much needed laughter this year.
u/kurzalevski \- Appreciate the updates on de-SPACs every once in a while.
u/Burneraccountzzzzzz \- My favorite energy and metals man! We had good times, and bad times. Sucks to see $BMAC bite the dust but here's hoping the $SZZL play works out in your favor.
u/RuinousGaze \- When SPAC\_Time is taking vacay you fill in the blanks with latest SEC filings. Thanks man!
u/mazrim00 \- I hope you don't have a fear of wine after the $VWE debacle.
u/MetaphoricalMouse \- Our in house Jim Cramer! Wooooo!
u/SenorDiablo \- Glad you found your true passion with brewing beer at home, sounds fun! I remember our low float trade with I think $INKA? That could have net us some fat cash.

Also small shout out to 123\_holden, OyyBrent, buggysoftware, Sand\_Accomplished, Conversation\_Dapper, 4quila, and anyone else I forgot!

Best of luck to all and happy holidays too!
