Mr. Hamamoto currently serves as a director of Lordstown and previously served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DiamondPeak, which was a blank check company at the time of its 2019 initial public offering. On October 23, 2020, DiamondPeak completed its initial business combination with Lordstown Motors Corp.
