The investment seeks to track the investment results of the QS DBI Developed ex-US Diversified Index which composed of publicly traded equity securities of developed markets outside the United States. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, if any, in securities that compose the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of equity securities in developed markets outside the United States that are included in the MSCI World ex-US Index.
