The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Nasdaq CTA Cybersecurity IndexSM (the "index"). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks or in depositary receipts that comprise the index. The index will include securities of companies classified as "cyber security" companies by the CTA. The fund is non-diversified.
