The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the ISE BICKTM. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks or in depositary receipts representing securities in the index. The index is designed to provide a benchmark for investors interested in tracking some of the largest and most liquid public companies that are domiciled in Brazil, India, China (including Hong Kong) and South Korea that are accessible for investment by U.S. investors.
