Yes but as the other comments have mentioned, the developer financing is on your early equity portion. In pre-selling they usually advertise "30k per month rent to own" but after the first 2 to 3 years of 30k is only funding 20% as your equity, then balance on 80% is due and the developer will push you towards bank financing where your monthly suddenly spikes to almost as high as double. My own experience: got a BGC condo in 2013/2014, paid only around 20k per month until 2016, then had to get bank finance where monthly became anywhere between 25k to 35k (depending on your loan tenor).

I'm a retired swaps rate trader that still hobby trades.
Honestly, it's really difficult to get live swap prices without paying for them.
I still use a bbg terminal at home and after the chats with pals, swaps pricing is the main reason I keep it.
I think you best bet would be to scour the IDBs to see if they publish anything live. ICAP, BGC, Prebon, Tradition etc

From experience, yes. Hospitalized 2x and husband 1x. Our claims were never rejected, but needed to pay a bit of the bills cos hospitals did tests that were not needed. Seems like customer service improved a bit, but their FA or rather sales agents have not lol.
Anyway, you do not need them when you get hospitalized cos it's the claims department you need to contact. My advice is to read your contract carefully so you know your rights better. If you disagree with any rejection on your claim, you can always escalate to the Insurance Commission.
Also check which hospitals are covered. I was hospitalized in St Lukes BGC in 2025, and World Citi in 2023. Word Citi is no longer part of their network.
Also, we heard from nurses in St Lukes that Axa was a pain to process.
For our HMO (emergency and outpatient), we have Maxicare Silver account.
Hope this helps!
