I suspect if you had a 5-6 surplus question, you would in most likelihood not asking the question - I suspect this is a AI bot generated question
1. AAA bonds don't yield 9%, closer to 8% - and if they are backed by the sovereign such as PFC/REC even lesser
2. Why would you want to invest individually in bond, when all you are planning to invest in AAA or AA rated securities - a Credit risk fund will do the job. You get the added benefit of generating returns on deferred taxes
3. Why not a bank FD - lot less hassle - you can get 8% risk free - some of the SFBs give monthly interest
4. In continuation to Pt2 - Bonds make sense if you are willing to look at all investment grade(BB+) bonds then only you are going to generate meaningful alpha over a typical credit risk fund
5. Credit rating in our books is fairly poor indicator - at least historically. There have been more AAA and AA defaults we are aware than A- or BBB+ bonds
6. There is no difference between brokers - NCD(bonds) are generally illiquid so the consideration of selling bonds should not be made at this juncture. There are no fees - the brokers make the money in the markup and I have no idea what you mean by safety
7. Interest is taxed a slab and normally CG is never a consideration in standalone bonds, but they are taxed at slab if held < 2yrs and at 20% > 2 yrs

damn. i am quite certain the service as a whole is gone. really cute that they didnt even integrate a normal wallet feature. they literally forked eth, and created you a new wallet. now that it's gone, all those wallets are gone. sorry OP. i may suggest this is FTC and BBB complaint level. they sunset the app/service over a course of a few months/ year. so i doubt anything exists even? i am not sure.

They issued the exact same memo for BBB#Y warrants on July 07th, keep in mind those warrants expire on October 7th.
Both BBBwhy (memo July 7 → expiry Oct 7) and GME (memo July 30 → expiry Oct 30) land on exactly 92 days / three calendar months. That alignment tells me that’s just how NSCC automatically handles near-expiry warrants that are OTM.

Yea their promos are sketchy. I was supposed to get a recurring buy promo of $50 in BTC for 3 months of continuous buys. I met the qualifications and never got paid. I emailed them on Valentines Day, they gave some generic response that I didn’t meet the qualifications. I screenshot every single transaction, and they kept replying I didn’t meet the requirements. They would not specify what criteria I was missing. I kept escalating, and filed a complaint with BBB. They kept saying that they are looking into it and escalated my case…it was just a delay tactic. Eventually, they said I qualified and gave me the reward on June 30th. 4 and a half months of waiting for $50 in BTC. Honestly, it wasn’t even so much the money, as the fact that I knew I was right and I only did the recurring buy to get the bonus…I held up my end, and they got shady. I knew I was right so I wanted to see it to the end. It’s a shame because before this I really like Gemini. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

Why short the BB and BBB (Oracle, Datadog, Sandisk) with insane fees when you can short the AAA (Apple)?

its not an awful idea; just dont let it be a slippery slope
ultrashort "AAA" bonds arent going to introduce that much more risk; but dont go "i havent touched it in 8 months maybe i can increase yield by another 1% if i go to BBB"
