Is NAV not in play for ADEX? Their filing yesterday said they plan to voluntarily de-list from NYSE on 1/15 and their deadline is 1/14. That reads to me like 1) they won’t close prior to their deadline since NYSE said they wouldn’t approve new company listing and 2) would need to extend to close. Are they allowed to go OTC w/o extending past their charter date?
I suppose they could still say they “closed” by deadline with pending listing approval somewhere. Think AMAO almost tried to do that recently? But the filing for de-listing *after* their deadline yesterday made me think it was more of a possible extension NAV play. Price action hasn’t reflected that, though.
