I'm long on SLS and IBRX (since around 2.5$). SLS is the less risky one of the two, high chance of buyout and my PT is 50\~60$.
DRTS I don't expect any buyout and think their revenues will disappoint but I'll ride till they get a few more good catalysts like FDA approval. My PT is around 18\~20$.
SVRA is the only drug for an orphan disease. Tests phase 2 and 3 are good so it's mostly derisked. FDA approval is expected in November. A buyout is highly possible, these drugs sell for a lot of money. My PT is 15\~18$.
I have very small positions in GLSI and OCGN. I'm actually doing researches on NERV, OKUR and ALXO.
As always, NFA, DYOR. Make small positions. With biotechs I put some stop loss very large. (between 2 good catalysts a lot of institutions take profits and buy puts) you need to avoid to be shaken out before it hits big. But still you need a stop loss. In case of bad test result it can go down 95% in a day...
