**Why has IBKR turned off the buy button on this $STI today?**
Seeing this more and more from IBKR these days. Yes it's wild buying stocks up 1000% but that risk should be the buyers to take or not take.
**Also seeing a lot of orders on low liquidity stocks being capped significantly below the bid price.**
**Couldn't get an order in on $ABTS yesterday. Bid price was at 2.40 for a over 10 minutes while they were capping my buy order at 2.14, effectively precluding me from buying in. Which is absolutely unacceptable. Faced similar issues on another ticker last week.**
Not a fan of this sort of broker interference at all.
IBKR used to be extremely reliable in sending your orders straight to market at the entered price. That was the one thing they had going for them despite the clunky TWS platform.

Something seems to have clearly shifted for the worse with this broker.
