I still like physical gold and gold equities here. Foreign central banks continue to buy gold, sell US treasuries. Yes the price chart looks parabolic and although it will certainly pull back at some point, it will take time and stay elevated long enough for producers to print free cash flow. It will take a near 50% pull back to put prices in the range most producers were forecasting in 2025,
I don't love physical silver here. It's much more volatile than gold and prices historically tend to correct much quicker. That being said there is a much more durable supply deficit than previous, and fewer primary silver producers to respond.
I would still buy/hold silver producers here though. Silver prices have gone 3x, quality producers again will be minting free cash flow for the time being.
I would recommend actual producers, not some exploration stage junior miners yet to finish a drilling program.
Long: $AEM $SII $PHYS $PAAS $ABX $CERT.V $SPPP $EQX
