The SEC and CFTC put out joint guidance back in March classifying a batch of assets, and Grayscale already runs ETPs on things like Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, and Chainlink without CLARITY even being law yet. So a chunk of the "money flows to large cap alts on regulatory clarity" thesis might already be priced in through administrative action rather than waiting on Congress.
The part of the bill that actually looks undercooked right now is the DeFi framework, since that's been the murkiest area for institutions wanting exposure without SEC enforcement risk hanging over every protocol interaction. If that section survives the final text, DeFi governance tokens and the infra plays around compliant on-chain access (custody, KYC rails, oracles) feel like the bigger surprise winners compared to BTC or ETH, which already have their institutional pathway sorted through ETFs.
Also worth flagging the bill still hasn't cleared the Senate floor, there's a procedural vote scheduled for the 15th when they're back from recess, so this is still an if, not a when.

Look into XRP. Don't listen to the hate, this in my opinion, would be the best chance to 10x your money. 300 financial institutions already utilize the RIPPLENET infrastructure for cross-border payments and liquidity. It is currently being suppressed so government entities and institutions can acquire it cheaply.

Jetzt hab ich leider gesehen, dass man als Deutscher aktuell keinen neuen Bitget-Account erstellen kann.
Hat hier jemand schon länger einen Bitget-Account und weiß, ob es irgendeine legale Möglichkeit gibt, das trotzdem vernünftig umzusetzen?

XRP is a great project a great chain, simple to build on. Most influencers have not spent any time building legitimate projects and many haven't even taken their xrp off exchanges. To them the exchange speed makes everything feel instant. Honeslty just a bunch of people trying to be psychics for internet clout.

I think it would be a broad rally, all majors going up, and things like ETH, SOL, HYPE, LIT overperforming. And maybe some old coins like LINK and XRP.

love me some xrp and the bullish story behind it from the community - how its taking over the banking system, but ripples actions tells a different story where they use it to fund development of the products that will leaving XRP behind in the long run.

It's reliable at doing exactly what you configured — which is usually the problem.
Four things worth checking before you trust those numbers:
Position sizing. If order size is set to a % of equity, you're compounding, and results go exponential. A 32,240% on ETH is far more likely to be compounding than edge. Switch to a fixed amount per trade and see what survives.
Commissions and slippage. Both default to zero. Set realistic values and re-run. If the edge disappears, it was never there — that test alone kills a lot of strategies.
Intrabar fills. The tester doesn't know whether the high or the low came first within a bar. If your stop and target can both be hit in the same candle, it's guessing, and the guess tends to flatter you. That's what bar magnifier is for, and it's exactly the feature behind the paywall you hit.
Lookahead. If you're pulling data from another timeframe, make sure it's set to no lookahead — otherwise the strategy is reading candles that hadn't closed yet.
Also: your results are negative on XRP and TRX. That's actually the honest signal in your post — the same logic works on some assets and fails on others, which usually means the wins are asset-specific rather than a general edge. Worth checking how many trades each of those numbers is built on; anything under ~30 tells you very little either way.
