How does this translate to XLM value? For other chains, processing transactions rewards stakeholders with the fees.
I understand transactions on Stellar burn a small amount of XLM. Is there any other mechanism for bringing value on-chain?

The answer depends on the definition of 'dead'.
If 'dead' means 'The future is not bright and the likelihood of a new ATH is very low.', then yeah, it's dead alright.
If 'dead' means 'It's going to zero!', then no, I don't think it's dead.
You must understand, it's very difficult for 'older' projects to reach new ATHs because there's always the recency bias and there's always a new shiny thing people will want to jump into. Just look at the top 10 projects (by market cap) at the beginning of every year since 2017:
|Rank|2017|2018|2019|2020|2021|
|:-|:-|:-|:-|:-|:-|
|1|BTC|BTC|BTC|BTC|BTC|
|2|ETH|XRP|ETH|ETH|ETH|
|3|XRP|ETH|XRP|XRP|USDT|
|4|LTC|BCH|BCH|USDT|LTC|
|5|XMR|ADA|EOS|BCH|XRP|
|6|ETC|XEM|LTC|LTC|DOT|
|7|DASH|LTC|XLM|EOS|BCH|
|8|REP|TRX|USDT|BNB|ADA|
|9|MAID|XLM|BSV|BSV|BNB|
|10|STEEM|MIOTA|TRX|XMR|LINK|
|Rank|2022|2023|2024|2025|2026|
|:-|:-|:-|:-|:-|:-|
|1|BTC|BTC|BTC|BTC|BTC|
|2|ETH|ETH|ETH|ETH|ETH|
|3|BNB|USDT|USDT|XRP|USDT|
|4|USDT|USDC|BNB|USDT|XRP|
|5|SOL|BNB|SOL|SOL|BNB|
|6|ADA|XRP|XRP|BNB|USDC|
|7|USDC|BUSD|USDC|DOGE|SOL|
|8|XRP|DOGE|ADA|USDC|TRX|
|9|LUNA|ADA|AVAX|ADA|DOGE|
|10|DOT|MATIC|DOGE|TRX|ADA|
Ask yourself now; where are REP, MAID, ETC, STEEM, MIOTA, BSV, LUNA and the likes... 2017 and 2026 have only 3 projects in common and one of them is Bitcoin.
The sector is mainly driven by hype because, I mean, what else is there? Right?
Very few projects have real-life use cases and real impacts on everyday life and ADA is NOT one of them.
However, that doesn't mean ADA can't be or shouldn't be traded. Anything can be traded. Then again, there's also the question; why would you trade ADA and not some other new, shiny thing?

$120 before halving and more adoption LTC will be $750 at least. I’m calling $1,200 extremely bullish case. Future value would be $7,500-$9,000 if true metrics are measured and people open their eyes. In a true free world there will be multiple cryptos just as there is multiple fiat currencies. It would be kinda dumb to only put all money tray value in one network (Bitcoin), there’s always a risk of crash of network, issues with transactions, and other software updates to programmable money. The math for LTC reaching $7,500 per coin would mean a market cap of $500 billion. World money minimum is $80 trillion. I’m pretty sure it’s closer to $500 trillion.
The thing is, I don’t believe it will be 1 LTC = X amount of dollars, I think it’s more of a 1 LTC = 1 LTC. At some point we might even derail into 1 LTC = X BTC/XRP/XLM/KW (Energy)/Water/Purchasing power. People always focus on the price of the coin in terms of dollars because that’s how we operate in today’s world. However this price is only determined by how much people are willing to buy / sell this coin for. This does not determine its actual value. Don’t sell your coins.

Not true, there's 12 coins. XLM and USDS are missing from your list.

Honestly, man, unless you are highly experienced in this market you are better off just buying BTC. It's way simpler and the CAGR, compound annual growth rate, completely blows all other assets out of the water, it's actually insane. Think about it this way, for alts to do good BTC needs to do good. When BTC falls, alts fall way harder.
With that said, this is honestly a fantastic time to be take a shot at alts right now. ETH was at 5k less than a year ago, ADA was trading at almost $1 and Sol was at $240. There are fantastic swing trade opportunities with these and they aren't going anywhere. The only alts I personally would touch are ETH, ADA, XRP, Sol and maybe Link or XLM.

What's perplexing is that XRP isn't rallying in tandem like these two tokens always did. When Stellar lands a usecase that Ripple has already scored long ago, its a pump and dump. The Manipulators are playing on the emotions of the XLM crowd. HBAR is going to report something soon and restore the 2/3rd ratio it had with XLM.
